State Farm Sales & Leadership Career Profile (SLCP) Assessment – Full Guide and Free Practice

A detailed assessment that measures 13 sales & leadership behavioral traits alongside an in-depth biodata questionnaire.

The SLCP Questionnaire is the first stage in your journey to become a State Farm agent. Through its 131 questions, the test will determine if your personality, preferences, experience, and background suit the ideal profile State Farm is looking for in its agents.

If you fail, you will have to wait 12 months before retesting, so passing this assessment on your first attempt is crucial. If you pass, you will move on to take the KSAO Test.

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the test, free practice questions, and an analysis of the measured traits.
