Hogan’s tests are intended to create a complete image of candidates for employers, based on which they can make hiring decisions.
As such, candidates will usually take a combination of Hogan tests. All candidates will take the standard behavioral HPI test, usually followed by the HDS and/or MVPI.
Candidates for jobs requiring a cognitive skills assessment will also take the HBRI test.
